Serving as the Owner of Conventional Insurance Group has allowed me the opportunities to become a third-generation Insurance Broker/Agent and help individuals and families make decisions that affect generations and impact an array of others. Providing top-notch customer service to our clients, value to other professionals in the insurance realm, and participating in philanthropic efforts to empower various communities are my company's most pertinent focuses. To ensure that we make an impact outside of the cycle of service and community outreach efforts, I launched an online series, "Koffee with Krystal" that provides value to listeners by detailing different types of insurance, educating the audience on the insurance realm, and providing updated industry knowledge and news.
